Over the last few days, people have noticed that Google have started changing Titles in the SERPs in a new way.
Not only are they rewording the <title> to what they think is more suitable/relevant - they are now apparently placing the Brand at the start of the <title>.
<title>My page title here</title>
is being shown in the SERPs as if it was
<title>CompanyName : My page title here</title>
Now, changes to titles isn't anything new - google have been doing that (and the same to Descriptions) for years.
What may be different is that several reports include not only the title change, but apparently alterations to Ranking as well.
